The Havening Techniques® are healing modalities designed to help individuals overcome problems that are the consequence of stressful or traumatic encoding. The modality belongs to a larger group of methods called psychosensory therapies, which use sensory input to alter thought, mood and behaviour. The system is comprised of protocols and methods that use touch as a therapeutic tool which is called Havening Touch®. This touch generates delta waves in the brain and changes the landscape of the encoded memory.

Winter is the best time for us to spend time on our ourselves. We naturally want to stay indoors and hibernate a little bit, so I have created a perfect mid-winter reset for you. I am offering a small number of people the chance to come and spend the day with me filling yourselves up. We will spend time working on exploring ways for you to become unstuck, selfcare strategies, self-compassion techniques and you will leave with tools to support yourselves through the coming months.

I will provide you with a nutritious lunch and an atmosphere where you will feel comfortable and relaxed enough to share with others. Come and indulge yourself for the day at my beautiful home.
